If your need by date is close to the estimated shipping date we STRONGLY recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to ensure it ships with enough time in case of carrier delays. Once an item is shipped we are not responsible for delivery times as that is completely out of our control. Most items ship USPS and UPS and generally take 2-6 days to deliver, once shipped, as long as the carrier doesn't have delays. We also limit the quantity of orders per week so cancelations are then spots we cannot fill. Please note lead times are posted clearly and once an order is started we have a 24 hour cancelation policy as we start orders very soon after they are placed. Signs are cleaned prior to shipping but you may need to wipe clean when it arrives or before use. *Acrylic creates static electricity which will grab small particles and dust. *Even though acrylic will not shatter or break like glass, the corners and edges may still be slightly sharp so please handle with care! *We use professionally cut high quality, clear, shatterproof acrylic plastic. If ordering with a painted back, leave paint color as well.
