Clearly once they have had your cash they are not interested. So not only are they offering an unsafe, illegal operation they have a unacceptable customer service. We again complained but to this date after several emails we have had no response from Hoppa. Not only is this totally unsafe but illegal. We again had no other option but to hold the baby in our arms for the hour journey or we would miss the flight.

The return transfer arrived with only a child booster seat which was clearly not suitable for a baby which the driver agreed. We complained to Hoppa and we again were assured they had made Avant Cabs in the airport, their provider, of the issue and assured us we we have this resolved on the return journey. The driver confirmed this and wanted us just to strap her into an unsecured seat! As we had no other alternative we had to hold the baby in our arms for the hour journey. When our minibus arrived it did have a baby car seat but it was impossible to ft it securely to the vehicle. On several occasions I asked Hoppa to ensure the baby seat was made available which they assured me it would be. We paid for an infant baby seat as is required under Spanish law and as we would insist on in the UK. We booked a private transfer with Hoppa for a transfer from Palma Airport return to Cala D'Or purely because we were travelling with an 11 month old baby. It’s located around the coast from the main bay, as is Bikini Island & Mountain a stylish and fun 4-star resort aimed squarely at the Instagram generation. some people there had paid out £90 and were looking at an additional 80Euro transfer. Please do not use this company if you are travelling with children! The 5-star Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa is one of the most luxurious places to stay in Mallorca, with its impeccable infinity pool and spa credentials. After about 15 minutes of asking for this letter, she disappeared "to write something" and never came back! I went out and asked a private taxi how much it was to Can Pastilla (15mins away) - it was cheaper than the transfer we booked! We were lucky, it only cost us 15Euro to get to our hotel. As we grew, we learned what our customers valued and we made it our mission to help customers navigate the world in a simple and effective way. Back then we were known as 'Resorthoppa'. I asked for a letter stating that we had checked in for insurance purposes. 00 days 22 hr 49 min 07 sec Our story Hoppa began life as a worldwide airport transfer provider in 2004. If they had just told us that they had issues and given everyone a letter stating so for insurance purposes, it would have been a lot better other than just lying, talking to us abruptly or even ignoring us. There were all sorts of excuses, traffic jams, road works, etc. a guy then turned up absolutely fuming that it had cost him 80Euros and he had missed his flight due to the taxi not turning up. an hr later, people started chanting "We go home Monday" (it was Friday) so discovered some had been there for up to 3 hours! I asked on reception what was happening, from what I gathered, no one was coming. they didn't quite mention where from though. We were told the taxi driver was on his way. My partner booked a private taxi for around £18.

We arrived at Palma airport to discover a long queue but assumed this was down to them being reasonable and popular - in my opinion a good sign. The transfers were £16 each the taxi only cost 19 Euro.If your going to El Arenal just forget the transfer and get a taxi, less stress and less money The taxi arrived and took us to the airport and i was still on hold by the time we arrived so i hung up !!!! Thank fully we had no hold luggage and just caught check in. In the mean time my husband and reception thought it wise to call a taxi. I called it and was on hold for 15 mins, a female answered and i explained we still had not been picked up. We went into reception who tried to call their "emergency " number, no reply. pick up was at 7.50pm and we should wait outside the hotel 15 mins prior to this.well at 8.30 still no pick up.

No problem, we called and it was all sorted. However we noticed a sign saying they were closed on a sat and sunday so we called on the Friday to confirm and get the time. we were told to call the day before departure to confirm our transfer and time. Only a couple of other people there waiting. Arrived at Mallorca airport, all on time, went to the Mallorca Coaches, Hoppa desk. Booked our holiday through travel republic, normally hire a car but as it was only 4 days we went with the transfer option.
